We’d originally relegated this story to the Daily Links post, but it’s too good not to have its own post…Apparently one of the owners of the popular coffee spot Gorilla Coffee at 97 Fifth Avenue in Park Slope rubbed the employees the wrong way so they all banded together and quit en masse, throwing the Park Slope ecosystem into disequilibrium. How about, “They Call Me MISTER Bean” featuring Rowan Atkinson?
WE need Biff to filter his coffee puns or this whole thread will become a grind.
is this not the second lesbian-relationship-drama-closes-coffee-shop story of late? seriously, i want credit for that angle when all you straight boys finally wake up and write about it elsewhere. LONELYVILLE, ppsw, gone bc of lesbian relationship drama.
benson, This is explains so much about you.
Working title of the film = Gone With the Bean?
Maybe “Went with the Bean” and carol could come down the stoops wearing a wife beater and tool belt and punch darlene in the face.
where’s carol burnett when you need her?
btw, tomorrow all starbucks are offering free coffee if you bring in your mug. im not endorsing starbucks or anything, just throwing it out there for anyone who wants a free coffee.

I heard the owners apologized to the staff, but it was too little, too latte.
> We need to find a role to be played by Al Cappuccino.
