A new ice cream shop called Ice To Meet You opened on August 23 on Fulton at Kingston Avenue in Bed Stuy. A tipster sent us a photo and let us know that it opened. The ground floor space at 1499 Fulton Street used to be a salon, and the building has six residential units, according to PropertyShark.
