Gimme! Coffee Coming to Roebling Street

Signage is up on the storefront at 107 Roebling Street for Gimme! Coffee, a spot that will be the business’s second outpost in Williamsburg. (It opened its first at 495 Lorimer Street in 2003.) Back in February the Brooklyn Paper reported that the space will feature a cupping lab, “where patrons can sample an international selection of beans brewed three different ways: espresso, drip and pour over.” Anyone know how close the shop is to opening up?
