Eight weekends over 3 1/2 years is hardly a major disruption of Manhattan Bridge service. Lower Manhattan weekend service seems to be “disrupted” about half the weekends.
Avenue N and East 108th is, to me, not a particularly dangerous place. I’ve walked around there for work and stuff many, many times. Jesus Christ I hope that girl is alright.
