50K= monthly take home around 2800
225K with 20% down = 1080 monthly
Maintenance app 500 monthly
Utilities app 250 month (tv, internet, phone, electric etc)
So, about 975 a month to live on. Sure, it’s possible to get by on about 200 a week if you don’t have student loans (person in article is young) credit card debt, or plan on saving anything.
It’s this kind of advice that has gotten us into this credit crisis in the first place.

Re:Judges parking spaces. Security issues Gerges claims. What a bunch of bunk. Security is the lame excuse for everything these days.
Babs says it is hour train ride to mid-town from Clinton Hill or Kensington. She obviously has never taken the train to either. Probably has never taken the subway anywhere.
