Dumbo Getting a Flower Store After All

Back in 2008, we got word that a florist was planning to open up at 73 Front Street in Dumbo. That never happened (luckily for us because we ended up using the location for the winter location of the Brooklyn Flea that year) but Dumbo’s dream of having a full-fledged flower store is now going to come true after all. Gramercy Flowers is coming to 32 Adams Street, on the backside of 55 Washington. The Manhattan-based biz is taking 2,500 square feet of retail space along with another 1,350 square feet of office space in the building. Excited? GMAP
