First Issue of Diner Journal Drops

Andrew Tarlow and Mark Firth, the men behind Williamsburg dining institutions Diner, Bonita and Marlow & Sons, have taken their passion for food in a new direction with first issue of Diner Journal, a quarterly publication that intersperses recipes with articles on local organic farmers and a primer on Italian grapes. This issue kicks off with a nostalgic essay about Diner’s humble beginnings, when Williamsburg was just a glint in Toll Brothers’ eye.
