According to The Local, a fire broke out on the fourth floor of 130 Lefferts Place, an 89-unit residential building across the street from the ever-shady Lefferts Hotel, a little over an hour ago and spread to the fifth floor. We have a man on the scene now and it appears that everything’s under control….
