Experimental Theater Festival

While Brooklyn is no newcomer to the experimental side of things, this experimental theater festival is new to Brooklyn.

The Exponential Festival will take off on Wednesday, January 13, and span the rest of the month with theatrical performances ranging from the “Unimpeachable” musical-comedy Dr. Glassheart to Eliza Bent’s Toilet Fire and a “punk-speed bacchanalian party-show” entitled Rise & Fall presented by the Bread Arts Collective.

Many of the shows will be at familiar local venues in the Williamsburg-Bushwick area — The Silent Barn, The Bushwick Starr — with times and ticket prices varying.

The inaugural festival will span both borough performance spaces and the month of January, ending on the 30.

For more information, artist bios and tickets see the event’s Facebook page or website.
