Development Watch: St. Francis College Repairs

We just saw scaffolding go up on the building at 180-182 Remsen, aka St. Francis College, and were curious as to what was up, especially since the building isn’t landmarked—although its calendared to be. The scaffolding permits just came through this month; looks like there will be remedial repairs and the installation of three new cooling towers on the roof, along with associated plumbing work.
