A tipster let us know that a daycare center is set to open at 258 4th Avenue, right next to the Root Hill Cafe. She explained, “I talked to the owner and they said they will offer organic food for the kids, baby yoga and Chinese language classes. Pretty neat.” GMAP

  1. “jaguar, are you familiar with this particular stretch of 4th ave? it’s not exactly brooklyn heights.”

It isn’t, but this is just of the Union stop, which served a lot of Yuppie Slopers.

I need to open a daycare over there.

  2. That’s actually in Gowanus, not in Park Slope.

Between the superhighway and the Superfund site–perfect place for a day care center! I guess they couldn’t find a place next to a dingo ranch.

I predict that like most daycares in these types of neigborhoods, the annual “tuition” will rival that of any ivy league university. Anything to keep the haves away from the have nots.

you hit the nail no the head…but people moved to the city because they cherish diversity!!!!/1!1! right? phonies
