  1. Agree with the comments about the Bushwick place — it’s at one of the very last streets in Bushwick, soo far Southeast…it is nice but yeah — carpeted kitchen? The floors must be fuxxored, though I can’t imagine linoleum could be worse than carpet. If they get it, I’d be thrilled — I’m 5 short blocks south of Flushing on Central and was hoping to get $1000 for a small 2br.

  2. don’t feed the troll.

ok, the lincoln pl apartment looks a little overpriced to me, since it’s nowhere near the 2,3,4,5 trains, as advertised. the 3 at nostrand ave, yes, but the franklin stop is a bit of a hike from there. and given the way most brownstones are laid out, i doubt it has 5 separate private bedrooms. but hey, it sure is pretty. some new-in-town, 4-roommate group with an eye for aethestics will probably take it.

  3. Renters have no place on this site. You’re not part of a community until and unless you own property in it. Everyone knows this. The opinions of renters and other transients matter very little.

  4. yes, these rental posts are very interesting. it’s a good reminder we live in a city in which most people rent.

i live in bushwick and even i think the bushwick apt is way overpriced (is that kitchen carpeted??)
