It was pretty obvious that three froyo joints were never going to be able to survive within a few blocks of each other on the pricy retail stretch of Court Street in Downtown Brooklyn, so news of Yogo Monster’s demise comes as no surprise. The shop’s demise is spelled out in the form of a For Rent sign on the outside of the storefront at 115 Court Street. With Yofiore at 32 Court having already folded its cards, that leaves Red Mango at 125 Court with free reign. GMAP

That should confuse the heath department inspectors.
Yogo monster makes uneatable pseudo- no-fat no-taste yogurt. Get some of the real stuff from Indian stores in Queens and you’ll realize the difference. I guess it goes well with a decaf no-fat soy milk latte
the landlords behind the failed yogo monster and whatever the hell business lasted two weeks “diner” place better become realistic with the rent and get some decent businesses in pronto. Now one last time … NOODLE SHOP!!!!
I have had chocolate frozen yogurt from here. it was good. not as good as real ice cream but supposedly more healthy.
There’s a lot of hype about the new one on 5th and 9th Street called Wicked Spoon. One of their toppings is chocolate covered crickets.
No lie.

real frozen yogurt is good. these whipped frozen chemistry experiments are not. but they’re only like 80 calories, so i grab one occasionally.
I just don’t like frozen yogurt and never understood the proliferation of these places. Do any of you guys really like it?
I remember when they all started. The rent for one place was $14,000 a month. I did the calculations on rent, insurance, utilities, raw materials and labor. Surprised they lasted this long!!!!
Soon there’ll be NONE.
