Arkady…I tried that…after 35 minutes it was still raw in the center 🙁 Maybe my pan just sucks.
It’s possible we ALL caught the cough at Ratifico. Must be rat-borne, right Snaps?
How do you make your meatballs THL?
I eat my red sauce and meatballs with vermicelli. I make spaghetti carbonara and use fettucini, linguine and pappardelle for other things, depending upon the ragu or sauce

Gardened, It’s sounding better and better… I hope I see you there! (schedule permitting, I won’t know for sure until Tues. night)
Here’s a factoid for all: spaghetti and meatballs is not an Italian dish (meaning, you won’t find it in Italy). In fact, there’s not even a word for it in Italian. Spaghetti and meatballs is an Italian-American invention.
benson–how do you feel about Randazzo’s?
