“You’re bob and weave is very rhythmic and predictable.”
Benson wears his weave in a very rhythmic and predictable bob?
If any of you meatballs want to see violent home renovation porn in Victorian Flatbush, check out http://www.crazystable.squarespace.com today. I would whore the entry to the B’stoner tips column but Mr. B has the day off. Wish us luck that the patient survives the surgery.
That garbage can thing is an old trick in NYC. I can guarantee that if you set out fancy new garbage cans without securing them in certain Brooklyn neighborhoods, the cans will promptly walk away.
Why thank you ENY.
Chef Boyardee
Legends have it that Chef Boyardee was named for the men who created him (Boyd, Art, and Dennis), and given the other made-up food mascots, you’d be forgiven if you believed it.
Chef Boiardi appearing in his own TV commercial, c. 1953 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wSFIdYcClrs
But in this case, there actually was a real-life Chef Boyardee! His name was Ettore “Hector” Boiardi (1897-1985). Boiardi immigrated to the United States when he was 16 years old and worked himself up to head chef at the Plaza Hotel in New York. When Chef Boiardi opened his own restaurant, so many of his customers asked for extra portions of his spaghetti sauce to take home that he opened a factory to keep up with orders. To help Americans pronounce his name correctly, he named his brand Chef Boy-Ar-Dee (later the company got rid of the hyphens).
