Like last time, their reach is wide and covers just about every type of block you could image. The honors for “Best Gentrified Perfection” block goes to Wythe between Metropolitan and North 3rd. Worst block to live on: Park Avenue between Cumberland and Carlton. The block that epitomizes the One Percent? Main Street between Plymouth and Water. Finally, here are the picks for the five best blocks to inhabit: Carlton Avenue between Willoughby and Dekalb (pictured), North 3rd Street between Wythe and Berry, Owl’s Head Court in Bay Ridge, Cranberry Street between Willow and Columbia Heights, and Milton Street between Manhattan and Franklin.
