We won’t be there, but The Flea is bound to be buzzing this weekend. Melissa Lohman Wild will be showing (and selling) her new documentary about NYC’s rooftop beekeeping community at the Flea on Saturday from noon to 3pm in the Groundworks booth (W30). In addition, a dozen or so new vendors will be losing their Flea virginity this weekend; notables include a stylist named Hide and Connecticut-based Studio 357. For a complete rundown, check out this post on the Flea Blog. You’ll also be able to pick up tix to PLG’s annual house tour scheduled for May 31. The Brooklyn Flea is held on Saturdays at the Bishop Loughlin Memorial High School in Fort Greene (176 Lafayette Avenue between Clermont and Vanderbilt Avenues; take the C train to Clinton-Washington or the G train to Clinton Avenue) and on Sundays in Dumbo at 76 and 81 Front Street.
