This Friday the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership is transforming the neglected alleyway between Fulton and Livingston streets into a night market with live music, food trucks, and clothing vendors. The DBP is trying to turn the dead-end street, known as Grove Place, into a unique space to encourage property owners to rent out vacant, small pieces of ground-floor space facing Grove. They’d also like to see the underutilized space on upper floors rented to more small businesses. The event is free and begins around 7pm — so far more than 700 people have RSVP’d. Check out all the details right here.
