The latest YouTube episode from SPACEStv features the 271-square-foot Brooklyn apartment of product designer Daniel LiCalzi. He’s managed to turn the tiny apartment into a really beautiful, creative space, with a uniquely lofted bed, creative storage spaces, and a footstool he constructed out of reclaimed shoe soles. He also constructed counter space in a small kitchen that previously didn’t have any whatsoever. He’s lived in this apartment for nine years, and picked it up back when he was a student at Pratt.
