Closing Bell: Alternate Side Changes for CB7 Residents

There are more changes to the alternate side parking rules in Community Board Seven, a few months after it was initially suspended. Namely, the return of alternate side parking regulations east of 4th Avenue (going away from the waterfront) begin on July 2, 2012. Also the suspension of alternate side parking regulations west of 4th Avenue (going toward the waterfront) beginning on June 25, 2012.
