Checking In on 121-123 Fort Greene Place

Work’s been underway at 121-123 Fort Greene Place for about three months now so we thought it was time to check in with how things are going. The project includes lots of exterior work–the restoration of the facade, the removal of both rear extensions, and the addition of new rear extension spanning both buildings as well as a one-story rooftop addition–but most of the work thus far has been focused on the interior, where six new condos are being created. According to Barrett Design and Development, they’re still waiting for the offering plan to be approved and hope to start marketing the spaces around Labor Day.
