Comment of the Day
Believe it or not, I like most of this house. I love the use of color, especially rich color, on both the walls and in the soft furnishings and accessories. I personally would have kept more of the original detail than they did, but what they did keep, they obviously love and appreciate, which is all any old house really wants. The house has a very English vibe, which I like – a generous mixture of both old and new, shabby (rusty tub) and chic (very modern bathroom), repurposed and totally modern, with a quirky sense of humor in the choice of wallpaper patterns. A house worthy of World of Interiors.
