Ample Hills will open its new, more ample headquarters at 305 Nevins Street next week, workers told us when we stopped by yesterday. The sprawling complex will serve as the ice creamery’s factory as well as events space and store.
As before, the line will wind past production but there will be a lot more room — 3,600 square feet in total — than at the original location in Prospect Heights, which will stay the same. We’re excited about the new space. Are you?
