Applications are now being accepted for Brooklyn’s own special lottery: affordable housing.

Units will rent for as low as $788 a month for a studio at any of the sites available in neighborhoods as far ranging as Bushwick, Williamsburg, East Flatbush and East New York.

Labeled as “Kings Villas, LLC” on the NYC Housing Connect website, the portfolio of affordable units includes 29 newly renovated apartments at seven different locations throughout Brooklyn.

Eight of the available units will be at 160 Glenmore Avenue in Brownsville, six at 178 Rockaway Parkway in East Flatbush, another six will be located at 877 Dumont Avenue in East New York, six at 76 Grove Street in Bushwick, six at 275 Menahan Street in Bushwick, four at 717 Flushing Avenue in Williamsburg, and three at 663 Willoughby Avenue in Bed Stuy, according to DNAinfo.

The 10 available one-bedrooms will go for $847, the two-bedrooms for $836 or $1,025, the three-bedrooms for $1,182, and the four-bedrooms for $1,323.

Eligible families must have an income between $28,389 and $68,400, depending on the size of the family.

Per usual, preference will be given to current residents in the area and municipal employees.

To apply, submit online or via the mail no later then February 4, 2016.
