converting an old townhouse into a hermetically sealed thermos bottle is not an easy task. it would me much cheaper to tear it down and build new from scratch.
On the other hand, Park Slope already has plenty of Passive-Aggressive Houses.

ML, don’t think so. No recent permits for demolition, but there is a permit from March for interior renos and a c of o change:

are they tearing down the whole building? It is not protected.
