A swarm of termites has homeowners looking into extermination, but they are in need of advice. They’ve gotten one quote that will give an eight year warranty against continued pests but no warranty in case of damage to the structure. What should they budget for an initial treatment and then annual inspection and what warranty is typically available with New York City exterminators?
