From the Forum: Getting Rid of the Critter in the Ceiling

A noisy creature has taken up residence in a ceiling of their house and homeowners are looking for advice. Their exterminator said it was probably a squirrel and an animal trapping company should be called. The quote came in at $800. Is this reasonable? What should they to do ensure the critter doesn’t return?
