Homeowners want to bring back the original design of the stoop on their townhouse but have concerns it might encroach on a neighbor’s yard.
Homeowners want to bring back the original design of the stoop on their townhouse but have concerns it might encroach on a neighbor’s yard. The original newel post would have been placed slightly inside the neighboring fenced front yard but because the lot line ends before the stoop it is likely actually city property. Please chime in with your advice.
