From the Forum: Should Homeowners Replace Their Oil Tank?

The existing heating system has worked well for brownstoner owners but they’ve been advised that it is time for a new oil tank. Should they use this as an opportunity to change to a gas or electric system? What are the price and environmental pros and cons of switching?
