Homeowners have noticed that a neighbor has applied for a permit that would include installing a construction fence in the backyard.
Homeowners have noticed that a neighbor has applied for a permit that would include installing a construction fence in the backyard. There’s currently a fence on the property line, but plans are for an eight foot tall construction fence to run outside the property line while a new addition goes up. What rights to control access to their property do the homeowners have? What else should they consider before the neighbor’s construction project begins?
