Townhouse owners spent almost two decades perfecting their garden and now are faced with neighboring construction taking a toll on the landscape. The project will require scaffolding that will impact the front and rear of their property, casting shadows on the garden during the lengthy construction project.
Will they be able to negotiate compensation so they can restore the garden after the work is complete?
