From the Forum: Dealing With an LPC Violation on Work Done By a Developer

Owners have discovered that the windows in their small condo building were replaced by the developer without approval from the Landmarks Preservation Commission. There’s now a violation on the building and they are trying to figure out their options for dealing with the solution. Should they hire a consultant?
