Homeowners want to plant a front garden this spring and protect it by installing a fence, but aren’t sure about the process within a historic district. All of the installers who have submitted quotes have suggested installing a fence without getting LPC approval.
The homeowners want to do it right but also want to get working on the garden. How long has the approval process for a project like this taken other homeowners?
Please chime in with your advice.
