During a renovation homeowners installed a dry well in the backyard, but ever since their once dry basement is constantly flooding.
During a renovation homeowners installed a dry well in the backyard, but ever since their once dry basement is constantly flooding. They suspect they will have to dig up and re-install the dry well, but are wondering who they should get in to diagnose the problem. Should they seek out a general contractor or get a plumber to take a look?
