From the Forum: Fighting a Curb Cut Violation

A homeowner received a violation and isn’t sure how to respond. In addition to a curb cut violation they also received one for parking their car in their front yard. Should they try to gather evidence of the legality of their curb cut and parking themsleves or is it worth their while to bring in an expert to take care of the issue?
