Homeowners are worried that tearing out their newly installed shower might be the only solution to a water issue. Water is soaking the joists directly below and the water has to be coming from the shower. There appears to be a gap between the wall and the shower floor and it doesn’t look like an easy fix. What should they require from their contractor to fix the problem?
