The wall of a neighbor’s addition abuts a homeowner’s deck and is need of some repair. Since the appearance of the wall does impact the look of the homeowner’s yard they are contemplating chipping in on a portion of the repair cost. They have a good relationship with the neighbor and want to fix an eyesore but are wondering what percentage of the total repair costs they should contribute.
