From the Forum: Should a Landlord With a No Pet Policy Make an Exception for a Good Tenant?
The landlord is happy with the tenants, but is still concerned about the potential damage a dog could cause to the property.
A homeowner has a no-pets policy for their rental unit but is being asked to consider allowing a dog to move in. The homeowner is a dog owner and is happy with the tenants, but is still concerned about the potential damage a new dog could cause to the property. Should they make an exception for these tenants?
Please chime in with any advice.
