From the Forum: Getting Heat to Every Radiator

A new homeowner is looking for advice on heating up the third floor of their house. The boiler got an annual checkup recently but the radiators on the top floor still take up to two hours to get warm. What adjustments should the homeowner make to the system to get the heat more evenly distributed?
