Hint: The correct street has been mentioned, but it’s a pretty long street.
I agree with dt above, off Flatbush. I thought it was on one of the little streets toward the subway cut somewhere between Parkside and Lincoln(?), a little closer to the latter. But there are Tudor-style places all over, actually.
