  1. You can can quibble about technicalities, but it is most accurately described Elmhurst and, arguably, Jackson Heights. People familiar with this part of Queens wouldn’t refer to that intersection as being in Woodside.

Also $4,100 to be directly on top of the 7 train EL? I hope this building has killer soundproofing. You must be kidding me. That is not a nice area, especially after dark. I don’t care how big the balcony is. You are talking very nice apartments in Manhattan at that price. Or, if you prefer Queens, far, far, nicer areas. (Astoria, Long Island City, historic Jackson Heights, Forest Hills, you pick.).

  2. We are marketing it as Jackson Heights, in looking at three different maps the building is listed in 3 different neighborhoods (elmhurst, woodside & jackson heights).

    • I don’t think what you said is true. If you type the address 40-07 73rd Street, the zip code is 11377, which is affiliated with the woodside. If you use the community boundary, for example, search by google maps (https://maps.google.com/maps?q=40-07+73rd+Street,+queens,+ny). The community boundary elmhust is not necessary the same as the zip code 11373. 40-07 73rd Street has never been part of Jackson Heights for whatever reason. I guess the name Jackson Heights is more attractive than Elmhurst or Woodside, that’s why the broker STRETCHes it a little bit to their advantage.

  3. Pretty sure it’s Elmhurst. Not Woodside because it’s on the other side of the BQE.
Jackson Heights I’m sure begins on the opposite side of Roosevelt Ave.
