The whole Hicks Street house was renovated in 2008 or thereabouts. It was featured on brownstoner. The stairs to the upper floors are accessed from the front door vestibule (see the notch out in the 1st story floor plan lower right corner)
You think they’d move that lone car out of the way of the Hicks St photo. Otherwise looks lovely. The price is in line with the 5000sf house up the block that was HOTD last week which is asking 8.5 million (and needs to be converted from 5 family). Twice the size, twice the price.
