  1. Pigeon,

it might be new moniker but that’s been my plan all along. I dont get caught up in the hype. I think hard to buy when prices is going up and ONLY if prices are something I can afford comfortably – ie rather rent & enjoy life vs. be on edge with a massive mortgage.

  2. Actually, I’m thinking maybe some bluegrass is the way to go.

Y’all could go by the jaunty moniker of DIBS and the Brownstone Bottom Boys.

  3. “Ditmas…invisible and Crunchy Granola seem to be two new voices ringing with my call that the market for brownstones has bottomed.”

My supply of tar and feathers is abundant.

    “the bottom is behind us”

Yeah, they tried that in Jan 1930 AND in Oct 2000.

“the next top will be whenever BHO throws in the towel or starts posting under another name.”

I’ll “throw in the towel” when NY Case-Shiller YOY goes positive again. Get back to me when that happens.

“He seems like a proper fade.”

But I’m a straight up blowout. Old school Kobe.

  6. > the bottom is behind us

I suspect that the only bottom that is behind us is the one you’re talking out of. But that could just be me speaking posteriorly myself.

  7. the bottom is behind us, and the next top will be whenever BHO throws in the towel or starts posting under another name. He seems like a proper fade.
