This new listing at 27 Park Place looks pretty cheap to us for a house in Park Slope. The two-family brick is asking $1,399,000. Granted, the owner’s triplex needs some work (and has a non-traditional, double-height-ceiling kitchen) and the house is just under 17 feet wide but at this price and location, we suspect interest will be very high. You agree?

  1. sometimes, before my house gets photographed to sell for over a million dollars, i like to vacuum for 5 minutes.

p.s. it’s not the kitchen that is double-height, it’s the front parlor.
