This Axel Hedman-designed sandstone house at 104 Prospect Park West is pretty amazing. The five-story house, which has been in the same family for a century, has incredible architectural detail, all of it apparently perfectly preserved. Given the location on the park and the fact that it has 5,2000 square feet, the asking price of $4,095,000 seems achievable to us. The only snag would be if the kitchen (of which there are no photos) needs a big makeover.
