The sale of the big Nassau Brewery site at 608-614 Franklin Avenue in Crown Heights closed last week. The buyer, an LLC named 608 Franklin Avenue, paid $17,500,000, or $231 per buildable square foot, The Real Deal reported.
The site, which was part of the Nassau Brewery, measures 21,929 square feet, and the developer could potentially put up a 100,875 square foot apartment building without seeking a variance, if it includes affordable units, said the story. It contains four buildings but not the actual brewery, which owner Fabian Friedland is developing into apartments.
The ask was $18,000,000, and TerraCRG brokered the deal.
