Not that we don’t appreciate raw loft space, but we’re curious why this 2,200-square-foot condo at 85 North 3rd Street (aka The Mill Building) in Williamsburg is still untouched more than five years after it initially sold. Another question that pops to mind: Why did it sell for just $300,000 back in 2007? That doesn’t make any sense. All that aside, this is some pretty sweet raw material for a creative-thinking apartment hunter. It’s an almost perfectly square unit with a long wall of windows and the beautiful wood beams that define the building’s look. Asking price: $1,700,000.
