This week, we’re stepping back six months to check in on how four of our featured listings fared on the market.

First is a four-story Italianate brownstone circa 1879 with a load of detail, down to original door hinges and keys. Designed by Brooklyn architect Amzi Hill, it’s in the Crown Heights North Historic District, at 1347A Pacific Street. The parlor floor is a winner, graced with crown moldings, plaster detailing, arched door frames, pocket doors with etched glass windows, a stained glass doorway transom, and a marble mantel with a columned mirror. This House of the Day sold in June for $1.75 million, $45,000 below ask.

In Carroll Gardens we find a circa 1870s three-story brick townhouse that is completely renovated, mixing modern finishes with a handful of original details. Standing a narrowish 16.5 feet by 38 feet, it’s at 346 Hoyt Street, between Carroll and President streets, in the Carroll Gardens Historic District. This House of the Day sold in July for $3.045 million, $255,000 below ask.

A two-bedroom duplex condo in Williamsburg has two terraces and a lot of glass — most notably the dramatic double-height curved wall of windows in the living room that dominates the space. Said curved wall is the namesake for the 10-unit building, dubbed Curve, at 117 Kingsland Avenue, between Herbert and Beadel streets, near the BQE. This Condo of the Day sold in August for $995,000, $4,000 below ask.

Finally, a semi-detached aluminum-sided number on Avenue M in Flatlands. Alas, there’s only a single exterior photo, no floor plan and minimal details in the listing. But we’re looking at a two-story, three-bedroom layout, with an eat-in kitchen, a covered porch in the rear, a detached garage, an “inviting” back yard and a finished basement with a bathroom and laundry room. This Open House Pick sold in August for $500,000, $29,000 below ask.
