This week we’re taking a trip back to March and checking in on how four of our featured listings fared on the market.

First is an 1850s transitional Greek RevivalItalianate style townhouse in prime shape, which offers a spacious owner’s triplex with plenty of original details over a garden rental. It’s in the Fort Greene Historic District at 346 Carlton Avenue between Lafayette and Greene avenues, close to the Lafayette C train stop. This House of the Day sold in June for $3.85 million, $150,000 above ask.

Next up is a Williamsburg townhouse, at 512 Lorimer Street, that’s been given a thoughtful makeover that’s thoroughly luxe and modern. “Handcrafted” and “bespoke,” the listing calls the house, which was overhauled by the architecture firm Asa Barak Studio. This House of the Day sold in June for $2.745 million, $405,000 below ask.

Third is a two-bedroom Windsor Terrace condo that has large spaces, triple exposures, a terrace, and a berth near the southernmost corner of Prospect Park. It’s in the Park Circle condo building at 346 Coney Island Avenue, an 11-year-old building with nine floors and 59 units. This Condo of the Day sold in June for the ask price of $995,000.

Last up, this one is a fully detached house with a driveway and a covered front terrace on the second floor. It’s a duplex, with three bedrooms, a living room, dining room and eat-in kitchen. Inside photos reveal acoustic tile ceilings, wall paneling, linoleum floors and a kitchen that could use an upgrade. This Open House Pick is in contract as of August.
