Handymen, lay down your hammers — we’ve got no fixer-upper specials for you this weekend. Instead, our open house picks are all move-in ready. (OK, there’s one floor of one house that needs work, but that’s it.) Spanning price points from $549,000 to $3.65 million, they’re found in Carroll Gardens, Bed Stuy, Greenwood Heights and Flatlands.

First up, a townhouse on Clinton Street in Carroll Gardens that’s been given a luxe makeover. It’s quite a narrow one — a mere 13 feet wide — but with four floors and a single-family configuration it offers decent space. It features a full-floor master suite with dual walk-in closets and a marble-tiled bath with a glass-walled shower and a freestanding tub. There’s a sleek, minimalist kitchen with marble counters and backsplash; a dining room with built-in bookshelves and bench seating; and a living room with moldings, plaster detailing and a marble mantle. It’s got two laundry areas, water filtration, multi-zone a/c, a landscaped garden and a finished basement.

Next is a four-story townhouse on Hancock Street in Bed Stuy, with an eye-grabbing English Arts and Crafts exterior. Sadly, the prosaic interior is a duller affair, though it’s newly renovated. Or most of it is at least — the garden level still needs “TLC.” This one’s set up as an investment property, with a unit on each floor, arranged for the maximum number of bedrooms (three for the upper ones, two for the lower). There’s exposed brick, recessed lighting and some original mantles.

Moving on to Greenwood Heights, we find a wood-frame house with a yellow clapboard facade. This one was fully renovated 11 years ago, with new electric and plumbing, and was clearly undergoing some polishing at the time the photos were taken. It’s got an upper triplex over a rental, which is presumably legal but looks pretty basement-like (though it has a “strong rental history,” says the listing). The triplex has a roomy kitchen with granite counters and a center island, three bedrooms on the second floor, and an additional, slope-ceilinged bedroom on top. There’s a shed in the back that’s wired for electricity, and ready to be put to some kind of use.

Last up, a brick row house on East 48th Street in Flatlands, that’s move-in ready. It’s got two bedrooms, a living room with a vaulted ceiling and a renovated kitchen spread over it’s single floor; below is a finished basement with a rec room, a full bath, and a windowed office space. There’s a brick front porch, a rear garage and a garden.
